The genuine democratic elements in Edo State, irrespective of their Senatorial/ Regional origins, are convinced that a greater Edo, powered by the forces of fairness, justice and equity, is all that is needed now. They are aware that, more than ever, this is really the time to heal the political wounds-- wounds of exclusion, under which  Edo Central has been writhing over the years. They are therefore demonstrating increasing   commitment to widening the power and political net of  ensuring that no part of Edo is made to feel marginalized and excluded from power equation in the State.   Looking at the history of Edo State right from independence it may beat your imagination that two Senatorial districts have actually dominated the helms of affairs as Administrator and Governors.
