Need is something required for survival or to complete a task while a want can be likened to be a desire something to satisfy the need, something people desire that they may or may not be able to attain. 2. Needs assessment is very key and essential its forms the basic to which a body or an organization determines the lapses or gaps preventing them from reaching their goals, That knowing what is working well and what is not and what needs to be done or changed. The need assessment is key in progressing and its an effective tool in the sucesss of an administration or Organization. 3.
